We ship to all UK Mainland addresses using Royal Mail service – they are just fabulous at delivering your special products with care.
We are unfortunately unable to deliver to P.O Boxes
Delivery Cost
Cost of delivery will depend on the current Royal Mail pricing structure and the type of delivery you have requested on your order and of course the weight of your order.
Ordering & Delivery Timescales
All our products are delivered to our exacting high standards, and therefore all our products are delivered with a 7-14 day delivery time scale or faster if we can.
- Weekday Order Deadline: 1pm
- Weekend Orders: Will be processed on Monday’s.
If You Think Your Order Has Gone Missing
There is nothing worse than thinking your order has got misplaced in the delivery system - There’s no need to worry just send us an email to admin@motivated-minds.co.uk and we will be able to find out where it is for you.
Cancelling An Order
You can cancel your order up to the point of shipping, after that you will need to go through the returns policy.
