STARTING May 10th 9.30am Walk 4 Wellbeing: Brentwood. Join us for your journey to improved body and mind, we will walk, talk and grab a coffee after. Meet point outside Calcott Farm Hall cafe, Ongar Road.

STARTING MAY 3rd 13.30pm MEN'd: Nurture Nature. Come and help create our Wellbeing Garden at MM Head Quarters, enjoy the lake, the company and fresh air and help create a nature friendly men's only gardening club supporting men's mental health.  

Fridays

8.00am Walk 4 Wellbeing: Benfleet to Leigh. Meet outside from entrance of Benfleet station and we will talk a four mile walk through Hadleigh Country Park to Leigh and then grab a well deserved coffee.

£2 suggested donation.

Aug - Our very own Walking Marathon. Pitsea to Shoeburyness, stop for lunch then back to Leigh. Choose your distance, 5k, 10k, 13.1 or 26.2 miles.

Mindfulness & Curry Evening

Join us and explore wellbeing and the practice of mindfulness. We will help you learn simple yet effective techniques to help train your mind, increase your focus, relieve stress and practice living in the now. And, of course we have a lovely chicken curry and sundries for just, everyone is invited to bring drinks. £30 per person
