10am Futures in Mind* - A drop-in designed for people who are looking for support with recovery from mental health problems and/or substance and alcohol misuse. @HAPPY Hub Eastgate. 

Noon Confidence Cuppa - Come and talk confidence, self-esteem and mental wellbeing - where we will be sharing techniques, tools and information to help you overcome barriers. £5 @HAPPY Hub Eastgate

3pm Exercise Buddies: Gym @Basildon Sporting Village

6.00 - 7.30pm Well Youth Club - A safe space for teens who face barriers to their mental health and wellbeing. We provide an environment to challenge those barriers and build stronger resilience. @HAPPY Hub Eastgate. £5

9.30am Walk 4 Wellbeing: Pitsea. Join us for your journey to improved body and mind. Meet point at entrance of park, near Northlands Park cafe.                                                £2 recommended donation.

Noon Exercise Buddies: Swim Join a member of our team to buddy with you on your journey to improved physical health@Everyone Active, Wickford. £4 plus swim

1pm Well Youth Club: SEN Session Join our dedicated session for teens identified on the ASD spectrum @Downtowner Youth Centre, Wickford. £10 

3.30pm Bridging The GAP - Inter-generational dinner for teens and older members of the community. With a home-cooked meal each week. £5 @Downtowner Youth Centre, Wickford.

11am Heartfelt Meditation Pop in for a session of relaxation and build your ability to cope with life stresses.

Sundays

 

10am Confidence Cuppa. A friendly peer support group for people who would like to connect with others and discuss mental health, including triggers, symptoms and coping mechanism. @HAPPY Hub Eastgate. 

1.30pm Nurture Nature. Come and help create our Wellbeing Garden at MM Head Quaters, enjoy the lake, the company and fresh air and help create a nature friendly garden.

Mindfulness & Dinner Evening

Join us and explore wellbeing and the practice of mindfulness. We will help you learn simple yet effective techniques to help train your mind, increase your focus, relieve stress and practice living in the now. And, of course we have a variety of jacket potatoes, everyone is invited to bring drinks.

Join us for for some positivity and create your very own vision board. A vision board is a powerful tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or, have in your life.
