We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unwanted items can be returned to us, but your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unwanted items will be returned at the buyer's expense ensuring the item arrives back to the us in good condition.

Damaged / Broken On Arrival Items
If your item turns up damaged or broken, don’t worry - we are here to help you!
Please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the next steps to getting a replacement.
Damaged or broken on arrival items will be returned at Wellbeing 4 Life CIC trading as Motivated Minds expense.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately or no later than 48 hours after delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: we do not accept returns of custom products - such as special orders or personalised items
Clearance Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
