Looking to enhance your wellbeing? Whether that's meeting new people, learning about mental health, getting active, mindfulness, or giving. We've got something for everyone, regardless of your age, ability or location. Monday's

12pm - 1pm HAPPY Talk @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon. Join us for a relaxed coffee afternoon. Get out of the house, meet new people and enjoy a cuppa. Our lovely befriender, Iris, is there to welcome you and help you settle in and get the conversation going. The group is open to all. FREE just buy a cuppa £1

1pm - 2pm Walk 4 Wellness: Gloucester Park, Basildon. Join our friendly group to improve your wellness in our weekly walk. Walking is so beneficial, particularly in beautiful surrounding like Gloucester Park. The group is open to all ages and abilities. Our walk leaders are on hand to get conversations going and to make sure everyone feels comfortable.  Meet @ HAPPY Hub - 12.45pm. 

2.30pm - 3.30pm Good Grief (Bi weekly 2nd & 4th) @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon. Our compassionate session provides a safe space to share your feelings, find solace, and connect with others who understand your pain.

Tuesday's

10.00am - Walk 4 Wellness: Northlands Park, Pitsea. Join our friendly group to improve your wellness in our weekly walk. Walking is so beneficial, particularly in beautiful surrounding. The group is led by a Wellness Coach, and is open to all ages and abilities. Meet @ the Cafe - at 10am.

10.30am - Wellness Cafe: Northlands Park, Pitsea. Join our get together meet new people, talk wellness and find out what is going on on hte local area. Meet @ the Cafe - at 10.30am.

1pm - 2pm MIND Craft @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon. Join Iris for our popular MIND craft session. Peer led this friendly group meet, chat and enjoy various therapeutic arts and craft activities, such as mindful colouring, paper craft, card making and pebble painting. Each week is something new. We kindly ask for £3.00 to help fund the craft materials. What ever you make is yours to take home. 

PAUSED - 3pm - 5pm - MEN'd: Fishing Group @ Northlands Park, Pitsea. Join Elijah & Simon for some tranquility and peace, whilst fishing. Rods are provided, all you need do is turn up and meet.  (Seasonal May to Sep)

3.30 - 5.30pm Well Youth Club @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon. Our Well Youth is aimed at children 11+. A safe space for teens to develop their social and emotional wellbeing. This particular session is open to everyone, but has a focus on those that are neurodiverse (Autism, ADHD and those who identify as LGBTQ). Our team will be running different therapeutic activities such as baking, pool, sports/games, music and crafts. We also have special guests who offer talks, meditation, aroma therapy and yoga. We provide a relaxed environment to safely challenge psychological barriers, educate around life choices, build resilience and support positive mental health. FREE

Wednesday's

10am - 12pm Community Cuppa @ Human Kind Cafe (the Reading Rooms), Billericay. If you're looking to support your own health, or that of someone you care for, our session brings multiple providers together to help navigate and refer into supportive services. 

1pm - Cup of Kindness @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon - Join us for our popular emotional regulation session which checks-in and explores our feelings, and discuss tools to help achieve a healthier and happier mindset. This group is perfect for those who want to get out, meet like-minded people and create positive change in a supportive environment. Email therapy@motivated-minds.co.uk to book your place.

Thursday's

11.00am - Seated Yoga @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon. A specially designed session to help you release tension and strengthen with a combination of gentle movement to support healthy body and mind. Suitable for all abilities, however this session is upstairs. £3.00

Noon - Heartfelt Meditation @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon Join Vikki for this 30 minute session and learn how to manage your emotions through breathing. In this busy world we have lost the art of being still and so with meditation we allow our mind to settle into stillness from the normal chattering mind, and take a break from over thinking everything, learning to recognise how our thoughts shape our emotions and take a step in supporting our wellbeing. 

1pm Walk 4 Wellbeing: Gloucester Park, Basildon. Join our friendly group and improve your wellness in our weekly walk. Our walk leaders will open up the conversation around mental health and wellbeing, encourage you to increase your steps at a leisurely pace, and create a comfortable atmosphere. We meet at HAPPY Hub: Basildon 12.45 to get everyone signed up. 

3.30 - 5pm Well Kids Club & Parental Support Group @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon. Our Well Kids is aimed at children 4-12 years old who are neurodiverse (ASD / ADHD ) or maybe struggling with their mental health and wellbeing. We have a trained team on hand to support your child(ren) and you, plus we have fantastic facilities including; sports area and a sensory zone. Please note, children under 8 a parent or guardian has to stay on the premises. 

Friday's

10am MEN’d @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon. Men’s mental health support group, working on Cycling Repair. Join our men's only group working with project 51, a cycle build and repair scheme.  The aim of this fantastic group is to offer a more informal therapeutic approach, reducing stigma and shame, as well as teaching coping mechanisms. 

12.00 - 2.00pm Wellness Cafe @ Poppies Downtowner Youth Club, Wickford, Essex SS12 0AQ. Come and join, meet new people, talk wellness and find out what's going on across the local area. 

6.00 - 8.00pm Well Youth Club - @Downtowner Youth Club, Wickford, Essex SS12 0AQ.  A safe space for teens to develop their social and emotional wellbeing. This particular session is open to everyone, but has a focus on Autism, ADHD and those who identify as LGBTQ. Our team of Wellness Coaches and Champions will be running different therapeutic activities such as baking, pool, sports/games, music and crafts. We also have special guests who offer talks, meditation, aroma therapy and yoga. We provide a relaxed environment to safely challenge psychological barriers, educate around life choices, build resilience and support positive mental health. This session also has a counsellor available. £6 per person 

Saturday's

1.30pm - Pride Pals @ HAPPY Hub: Basildon - Join us monthly (2nd Sat of month), in a safe space to explore the complexities that impact mental health and wellbeing within the LGBTQIA+ community. 

Exercise Buddy - Personal Challenge - Mount Snowdon "I had the most amazing time in Wales at the weekend thanks to Motivated Minds! I would never have thought about attempting something like this on my own, but I met an amazing group of people, and had a really unique experience thanks to #TeamMotivated. I’ve come back feeling refreshed and inspired; if you simply want food and a bed, book it independently, but if you want to boost your confidence, meet inspiring people, have support and guidance, and most importantly come home with a new zest for life, then book here!
